PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: the conventional bead method in-mold foam molding process, in which a molding space in a mold is divided by a partition member and preliminary foaming beads having different kinds of characteristics are filled into the divided space and are thermally foamed, has many advantages that a comb-shape fixed partition is excellent in endurance, etc. however has only one defect wherein perforated blind holes or through-holes cause cracking by a shock or the like to fracture interface. SOLUTION: When the molding space in the mold is divided by the fixed partition member 18 of comb-tooth structure, a driving device 24 comprising air cylinders 23 provided with cylindrical sheath parts 22 which makes cylindrical movable partition members 21 having reliable endurance freely retractable is disposed such that the cylindrical movable partition members 21 are configured side by side with the fixed partition member 18 in a point arrangement at edge parts or else on division lines.
