A manufacturing method of a transparent polyester film having electric conductivity and the film produced thereby are provided to produce a flexible transparent conductive film having transparency and excellent electric conductivity by applying a coating solution on the film. A manufacturing method of a transparent polyester film comprises the following steps of: mixing water-dispersible adhesive resin and a water-dispersible metal oxide compound; applying a mixed coating solution on the film by using a coater; and drying and solidifying the coated film. The water-dispersible adhesive resin includes one or more selected from acryl, urethane, and poly ester resin.
