A method and a system for a route guide service using a mobile RFID are provided to supply route information that adopts real-time information by analyzing route information through integrated terminal information. A storage(150) stores the position information of an RFID tag corresponding to the ID information of an RFID tag(110), and a tag ID information recognizer(161) checks over the location where a primary RFID tag is installed. A path information calling unit(162) calls the route information from the position of the primary RFID tag to the destination. An another terminal information calling unit calls the information of a second terminal that recognizes a secondary tag. A path analyzer(166) analyses the called information.
