A customized consulting service offer method and a system thereof for providing a situation and customized information fitting for the peripheral status of a client are provided to provide the most suitable consulting service based on a health condition/peripheral status or a loneliness state/peripheral status of the client. The basic profile information of the client is confirmed according to a consulting service request of a client connecting to a consulting server(S100). A questionnaire check item is confirmed by the client by providing a questionnaire corresponding to the consulting service by the client(S110). The peripheral context information of the client is confirmed by receiving the current location information of the client(S120). The customized contents suitable for basic profile information and the customized contents are provided to the client(S140).
