<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide software radio equipment and a signal processor capable of preventing deterioration of the radio signals in transmission and reception of the signal between the antenna and the radio receiver main body. <P>SOLUTION: The software radio equipment realizes a communication function by executing processing on the basis of software information. The equipment includes radio units 12 (12a, 12b and 12c) and a signal processor main body unit 10. Each radio unit 12 has an antenna 20 for radio communication, a transceiver circuit 24 for executing signal processing for the radio communication via the antenna 20, and an A/D and D/A conversion circuit 26 for digitizing the signal for the radio communication via the transceiver 24 and transmitting or receiving the digitalized signal to/from the main body unit 10.
