The plate has two half-plates (200, 300) with grooves (201, 202, 301, 302) arranged on their inner sides (200a, 300a) and spaced from each other. The grooves have orifices (2110, 2120, 3110, 3120) arranged on their bottom and emerging into outer sides (200b, 300b) of the half-plates. Several distribution channels (230, 231, 330, 331) on the outer sides connect the orifices (2110, 3110) to the orifices (2120, 3120). An independent claim is also included for a proton exchange membrane type fuel cell having individual cells formed by two electrodes that are separated by an electrolyte arranged between two bipolar plates. |
