<p>The method involves providing a housing side sealing segment (10) to be repaired. Damaged, radially inner inlet region (12) of the sealing segment is removed along a separating plane (15) extending in a circumferential direction such that the inlet region of the sealing segment is completely removed from a radially outer support region (11) of the sealing segment. A replacement part is manufactured for the detached inlet region of the segment. The replacement part is joined to the support region of the segment. The support region is decoated after removing the inlet region.</p> |
