MICRO SHUTTER HAVING AN IRIS FUNCTION, MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME, AND MICRO CAMERA MODULE HAVING THE SAME

A micro shutter having an iris function, a manufacturing method thereof, and a micro camera module having the same are provided to manufacture a micro shutter by using semiconductor production processes. A micro shutter(100) having an iris function comprises: a base plate(110) in which the light is passed; a plurality of roll up blades(120) made of the material blocking the light; and a controller(150) electrically connected between the base plate and a plurality of roll up blades. A transparent part(113) is formed on the base plate. The transparent part has the same size with an image sensor. The roll up blade is arranged on the circumference of the transparent part and covers the transparent part. The roll up blade of equilateral polygon comprises: a fixing unit(120a) fixed to the base plate; and a movable unit(120b) rolled towards the fixing unit. The controller controls the opening degree of a plurality of roll up blades.
