A substrate panel is provided to supply the current to a relatively distant bus by forming an insulator between a clamp contact and a bus line. A substrate panel includes a first clamp contact(211), a second clamp contact(212), first to fourth bus lines(221-224), an insulator(23), and a plurality of substrate units(241). The current is supplied to the first and second clamp contacts through an external clamp. The current is supplied to the plurality of substrate units from the first and second clamp contacts through the first to third bus lines. The insulator is formed between the first clamp contact and the fourth bus line. The insulator bypasses the current for preventing the current from directly flowing to the fourth bus line. The insulator is a penetration hole.
