ORGANIC-INORGANIC HYBRID TILE AND METHOD OF PREPARING THE SAME

An organic-inorganic hybrid tile and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent an object with tiles from being twisted or shrunken, which results from functional materials added and a binding effect of organic materials. An organic-inorganic hybrid tile comprises 1-20 parts of water-soluble organic material and 80-99 parts of ceramics. The organic-inorganic hybrid tile additionally contains one or more functional materials selected from the group consisting of adsorbent, antimicrobial agent, negative ion discharger and a humidifying agent. The content of the functional materials is 0-30 parts on a basis of 100 parts of organic material and ceramics. The water-soluble organic material represents a silicone binder, polyurethane, acrylic polymer or negative-charged organic material.
