A holographic measurement system of an object and a method thereof are provided to perform a texture mapping easily in relation to an extracted wire-frame. A holographic measurement system of an object comprises an image input unit(220) which is inputted with the image about a sample, an illuminating unit(210) which irradiates the light while changing the optical path toward the sample, a lattice image input unit(230) which receives the light scattered from the surface of the sample, and an image processing unit(400) which finding each light search point of the illuminating unit based on the signal inputted from the lattice image input unit.
