A refrigerator and a cool air passage structure of the same are provided to easily supply the cooling air to the right place by rotating a damper with a motor. A cool air passage structure of a refrigerator comprises a cool air discharge unit(32), cool air ducts(40a,40b) and a damper member(52). The cool air discharge unit is located at a freezer(11) and discharges the cool air from the freezer. The cool air inlet is located in a cold room(12) and induces the cool air to the cold room inside from the cool air discharge unit. The cool air duct is connected to the cool air inlet. The damper member is located between the cool air discharge unit and cool air duct to rotate to control the amount of the cool air flowing to the cool air duct. The damper member is globe or cylindrical shape and has a first and second inlet part(54,55). The first and second inlet part are connected each other based on the center of the damper member at the angle of 90° to induce and discharge the cool air.
