A reinforcing structure for a quarter upper part of a vehicle is provided to support the dynamometer of strong output steadily by enabling a quarter upper part to obtain stable torsional strength. A reinforcing structure for a quarter upper part of a vehicle comprises: a package tray(1); a quarter upper part(3) which is installed to incline toward the inside of a car body from the package tray; and a reinforcing member(5) which is installed to connect the quarter upper part and the package tray linearly. The reinforcing member comprises: a straight-line part between the package tray and the quarter upper part; an upper flange part extended with being curve-cut on the upper end of the straight-line part; and a lower flange part extended with being curve-cut on the lower end of the straight-line part.
