A plasma display panel dielectric substance composition is provided to increase production yield of a plasma display panel and to improve reliability. A plasma display panel dielectric substance composition comprises glass frit, binder, dispersing agent, plasticizer and solvent. The binder comprises a first monomer 50-85 parts by weight, a second monomer 10-30 parts by weight, and a third monomer 1-20 parts by weight. The first monomer comprises hexaacrylate; the second monomer comprises acrylate having C1-5 alkyl group; the third monomer comprises a polar group. The glass frit comprises zinc oxide(ZnO) 20-35 parts by weight, boron oxide(B2O3) 30-50 parts by weight, silicon oxide(SiO2) 5-25 parts by weight, aluminium oxide(Al2O3) 0.1-10 parts by weight and kalium oxide(K2O) 5-20 parts by weight.
