An apparatus for measuring the stiffness of weak soil foundation is provided to measure minute range precisely by measuring the movement of the ground which is uneven and complicated on a real time basis. An apparatus for measuring the stiffness of weak soil foundation comprises: a body(10) including a pair of vertical wings(12A,12B) and a connection part(13A,13B); an oscillating member(20) formed in the inner side of one side vertical wing of the body; and a vibration absorbing member(22) which is installed in order to be faced with the oscillating member. The vertical wings are separated. The connection part is coupled with a coupling unit. The vertical wing and the connection part are faced. The oscillating member generates the vibration. The vibration absorbing member absorbs the vibration by being formed on the inner side of the other side vertical wing of the body.
