A light emitting plate is provided to turn on light emitting devices inside a corresponding section at the same time by sensing access of a reflection body through a photo sensor. A plurality of light emitting devices(20) is installed on a PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(10) with a fixed interval. A plurality of light emitting devices forms electrically separated sections(D1). A photo sensor(30) controls the light emitting devices inside a corresponding section at the same time. The photo sensor comprises a light emitting part and a light receiving part. A voltage control part controls a voltage according to a property of the photo sensor, and sets a sensing section of the photo sensor. |
