THE PREPARATION METHOD OF THE INORGANIC COATING MATERIAL WITH CERAMIC SOL AND CERAMIC COATING MATERIAL COATED PRODUCTS

An inorganic coating material is provided to form a coating film with excellent weather resistance, abrasion resistance and transparency, to secure enough reliability according to the material of a substrate by mixing at least two organosilane, and to increase weather resistance of a film by coupling metal oxide sol with organosilane. A method for manufacturing an inorganic coating composition using ceramic sol comprises: a first organosilane addition step(S100) which puts and mixes the first organosilane in a reactor; a first and second organosilane reaction step(S200) which puts the second organosilane in a reactor, and then reacts with the first organosilane and the second organosilane at a normal temperature; a reaction step (S300) which adds water within reactor, hydrolyzes the organosilane and then perfoms condensation reaction by heating the product; a metal oxide sol addition step (S400) which puts metal oxide sol within the reactor and mixing the materials; a silica sol addition step (S500) which puts silica sol within the reactor added with the metal oxide sol and mixes the materials; and a thermal processing step(S600) which reacts with the product by heating the reactor and lowers the temperature of the product.
