PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil level sensor mounting structure in which a baffle plate and an oil level sensor can be fixed inside an oil pan without providing brackets for mounting the baffle plate and the oil level sensor, and since the baffle plate and the oil level sensor are fixed to an upper portion, damage to the sensor is reduced when a lower portion is subjected to a shock to be deformed and further the number of parts can be reduced. SOLUTION: There provided is the oil level sensor mounting structure equipped with a baffle plate 29 for suppressing fluctuation in oil level inside the oil pan 21 and the oil level sensor 30 for detecting an oil level. In the oil level sensor mounting structure, the oil pan 21 is composed of the upper portion 22 and the lower portion 23.
