PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring blade having no possibility of lifting the ground above the stirring blade when the stirring blade is lifted from underground. SOLUTION: The stirring device is used for stirring the ground beneath the surface of the ground, and comprises a rotary shaft at the center, an outer ring having a circular ring shape concentric with the rotary shaft and a wire stretched between the rotary shaft and the outer ring.
