PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably make compatible the position of a latch for accurately performing anchoring operation with the position of a handle for providing desirable operability and appearance. SOLUTION: To release the latch 21 at an anchoring position by transmitting an operation inputted into the handle 4 to the latch 21 through a transmission shaft 5, the rotating shaft 40 of the handle 4 is installed at a position apart from the transmission shaft 5 parallel to each other, and the rotation of the handle 4 is transmitted to the transmission shaft 5 through a transmission part 6.
