PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable sheet body which is rich in unexpectedness or enjoyableness and is effective in the purpose of sales promotion of goods and the purpose of infantile intellectual training or the like. SOLUTION: A center line nearly bisecting a rectangular sheet body long lengthwise up and down is provided, a left sheet piece and a right sheet piece are respectively extended to right and left side ends of the rectangular sheet body along the center line. A tab for sticking is provided at the end of either of the upper and lower sheet bodies, and a first center fold line that is a mountain fold line is engraved at the center part in a width direction of the center line. One end of the first center fold line and respective intersections of the left sheet piece and the rectangular sheet body are linked through the mountain fold lines, and a left sheet piece center fold line is engraved from one end of the first center fold line to the end of the left sheet piece. Similarly, the other end of the first center fold line and respective intersections of the right sheet piece and the rectangular sheet body are linked through the mountain fold lines, and a right sheet piece center fold line is engraved from the other end of the first center fold line to the end of the right sheet piece, thereby forming a foldable sheet body.
