PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fraudulent execution of a setting display and a setting change of a winning probability of a winning combination. SOLUTION: A main control board 20 detects such a time that a detection result of a setting key operation detection switch 92 after a photosensor 91 detects the fitting of a setting key is within a first turning range, detects such a time that the detection result of the setting key operation detection switch 92 is within a second turning range, and determines whether the detection times are within predetermined times or not; and, when the determination result of a time determination means indicates that it exceeds the predetermined time, a CPU 200 determines that something abnormal occurs and prevents that the setting of the winning probability of the winning combination is fraudulently displayed or changed.
