摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tripping lever structure and its assembling method capable of limiting a pushing zone to a relay shaft of a tripping lever in a circuit breaker and improving crimping holding force by blocking rotation of the relay shaft and by obtaining high crimping pressure. SOLUTION: An insertion hole section 7 having two parallel plane sections 9, 9 and a mounting hole 6 having an elongated hole section 8 continued from the insertion hole section 7 are formed on the tripping lever 2 inserted by the relay shaft 3. The relay shaft 3 is combined with the tripping lever 2 while bringing into press contact with two parallel plane sections 9, 9 by crushing the mounting hole 6 on the elongated hole 8 by punches 4, 4 while the relay shaft 3 is inserted into the mounting hole 6. Rotation in the mounting hole 6 of the relay shaft 3 is prevented in a crushed state accompanying to press contact of two plane sections 9, 9 in proportion to increase of crimping surface pressure to the relay shaft 3, and improvement of the crimping holding force can be realized.
