PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the bending of a pressing pin and dents and deformation of a stripper for knocking off even if processing is performed while attaching a die with a push-back means and a raising or knock-off means is attached to a press with a holder pressure adding device. SOLUTION: This die for processing a base board includes a first push-back means 62 for pushing back a processing board and a rasing or a knock-off means 64 for raising or knocking off the processing board by using a lift pin. The raising or knock-off means includes the lift pin, the stripper for knocking off the processing board downward, and a pressing means for pressing the stripper downward when an upper die 50 reaches near the top dead center. The pressing means is extendable in the longitudinal direction by the biasing force of an elastic member. The method of manufacturing the processing board uses the die.
