Provided is a clip for connecting an electronic parts feeding tape, a clip ribbon having the same and a connecting instrument of electronic parts feeding tape using the same. The clip for connecting an electronic parts feeding tape includes a strip shaped body; at least one groove for fixing formed in one side of a longitudinal direction of the body; at least one feedhole which is separated from the groove for fixing, formed to penetrate the body; at least one penetration hole which penetrates the body while being arranged in at least one interval among one side of the longitudinal direction of the body, the feedhole, and the groove for fixing respectively; and a connecting protrusion which is formed to be protruded in the circumference of the penetration hole.
