<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device, a manufacturing method for the device, and electronic equipment having the device which prevents water from infiltrating via connection hardware to show less deterioration. <P>SOLUTION: The organic EL device includes an element substrate 20A, a plurality of light-emitting elements 21 each having a light-emitting layer 12 sandwiched between a pair of electrodes, a display region formed by arranging the plurality of light-emitting elements 21 on the element substrate 20A, a first connection wiring 22A disposed on the periphery of the display region on the element substrate 20A, connected to negative electrodes 11, and provided with an oxide conductive film formed on the whole surface thereof, and a gas barrier layer 19 which covers an end face of the first connection wiring 22A and extends to cover the entire surfaces of the first connection wiring 22A and the light-emitting elements 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
