<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of and a device for laser beam marking capable of shortening the time required for laser beam marking and of simply constituting a control method with a software. <P>SOLUTION: When carrying out marking by two-dimensionally scanning the laser pulse beam which is output from an oscillator 3 having a Q-switch element 4 and a high-frequency power control circuit, on a workpiece using a laser scanner 6, the high-frequency power to control the Q-switch element and the positioning of the laser scanner are simultaneously controlled to eliminate or reduce the time required for controlling a first pulse, thereby shortening the marking time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
