PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the impact of voltage which is applied on a back gate in a power supply circuit for performing boost operation. SOLUTION: In a power supply circuit 10, a first switching transistor 20 and a second switching transistor 22 are provided, in series between the other side terminal GND and one side terminal V<SB>CC</SB>of an input power supply. A third switching transistor 24 and a fourth switching transistor 26 are provided, in series between the one side terminal V<SB>CC</SB>and a boost output terminal OUT of the input power supply. A shifting capacitor 40 is provided between the connection point of the first and second switching transistors and the connection point of the third and fourth switching transistors. A maintaining capacitor 42 is connected to the boost output terminal OUT.
