PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out accurate bending for making a continual uniform cross section without damaging a surface of a Darrieus vane having the hollow cross section. SOLUTION: The straight Darrieus vane 43 continuing to the longitudinal direction formed to be hollow inside is fixed and set in a mould 11 formed to have a U-shaped cross section continuing to the longitudinal direction. Next, molten alloy 55 is instilled into the mould 11 in which the Darrieus vane 43 is fixed/set. After filling the mould with the alloy until inside and outside of the whole Darrieus vane 43 is hidden, a processing object 33 to be bent in a state that the Darrieus vane 43 is filled with the molten alloy 55 is bent to have the continual uniform cross section without damaging the surface of the Darrieus vane by a bending machine 21.
