PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress overvoltage of a DC/DC converter at startup. SOLUTION: A differential operation section 11 generates a voltage differenceΔV representing the difference between an output voltage Vout and a target voltage Vref. A PI operation section 12 calculates a target current Itarget by performing PI operation for the voltage differenceΔV. Transistors Q1-Q4 are feedback controlled such that a current value Iin detected in a DC/DC converter 1 matches the target current Itarget.
