PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage of a function of maintaining a fixing state of a clip with respect to a fixing target even when fixing/releasing is repeatedly performed. SOLUTION: The clip C has an insertion section 1 having a shaft 1a projecting from a base 4 and also having branch sections 1b projecting in the direction substantially perpendicular to the shaft 1a. The insertion section 1 is inserted into a through-hole H formed in the fixing target P formed by communicating a receiving section of the shaft 1a of the insertion section 1 with a receiving section of the branch section 1b with each other, and then the clip C is twisted around the shaft 1a and fixed to the fixing target P. The base 4 has rotation prevention projections 4b entering the through-hole H in the prescribed twisted position. The clip C further has operation sections 4c which allow the base 4 to be elastically deformed in the direction in which the rotation prevention projections 4b can be pulled out of the through-hole H.
