PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting part structure capable of easily performing the mounting work, even when an outer diameter of a cylinder body of a cylinder device for lift is changed, when mounting the cylinder body on a mast member. SOLUTION: This mounting part structure relates to mounting of the cylinder body 11 of the cylinder device for lift in a forklift on the mast member 4 via the mounting body 15. As the mounting body 15, a planar spring material of a prescribed width which is rounded into a cylindrical shape at a prescribed angle range≥360°is used. In the planar spring material, an opening part 15a is formed on the one end side, while the other end side is formed into an insertion part 15c of a narrow width which can be inserted into the opening part 15a. A connecting part 15b on the one end side of the planar spring material is constituted to be connectable with a bracket 16 for mounting provided in the mast member 4, while a holding part 15d bent to the outside is formed on the other end side.
