PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible band capable of using not only a heat insulating flexible band with a gray color but also a heat insulating flexible band with an aluminum color, by making them a same color, without being unsightly, and obtaining an authorization of a non-combustible material. SOLUTION: The flexible band is constituted of the belt-like flexible band body 3, made of an extrusion-molded polyethylene and a synthetic resin material which can be colored, a belt-like aluminum foil sheet 5 press-fixed to one face, when this flexible band body is extrusion-molded, and fitting holes 8 and 9 formed at specified intervals in the longitudinal direction, at substantially the center part of the flexible body, on which the aluminum foil sheet is fixed.
