Centrifugal weight is set at brake shoes in a direction of a brake body (5), so that an activatable brake is activated during exceeding of a preset speed of the pulley. The centrifugal weight operates a gear that shifts a minor axis towards the brake body. The shoes are rotatably supported around the minor axis such that the shoes are rotated around the minor axis.
