<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer actuator, capable of operating with high speed and high displacement, in which a polymer film has an uniform surface by using anisotropic and isotropic plasma processings, and the expansion and contraction of the polymer film is formed readily, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes a step of surface-treating the surface of an ion conductive polymer film so as to obtain surface uniformity by using the plasma processing process, a step of adsorbing metal electrodes to both sides of the ion conductive polymer film, a step of reducing polymer metal composites to both sides of the ion conductive polymer film, and a step of forming a coating layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
