The electrical heating device has an air gap, in which a pair of pressure spring (8,9) is arranged. The pressure springs are provided between an upper and lower end of a heating pile body (5), and between an upper and lower frame (6,7). The upper and the lower frames are bring in close contact with the upper and the lower end of the heating pile body, if the pair of pressure spring is fixed from outside of the upper and the lower frames.
