PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain drying apparatus capable of appropriately detecting moisture of grain after drying treatment. SOLUTION: The grain drying apparatus stops drying treatment of grain for a predetermined time after the moisture value of the grain is not more than a moisture value larger by a predetermined value than a set moisture value. The grain is further circulation-treated and blast-treated for a specific time to measure the moisture value of the grain, and when the moisture value of the grain is not more than the set moisture value, drying operation is terminated, while drying treatment is performed again to the grain when the moisture value of the grain is larger than the set moisture value. A moisture measuring apparatus thus measures the moisture value of the grain after the grain is circulation-treated and blast-treated for the specific time to bring the temperature of the grain and moisture measuring apparatus close to an ordinary temperature.
