PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, with a conventional electric cord, plug and socket, the cord is twisted if it is continuously rotated, and leakage or break tends to result. SOLUTION: The electric cord, the plug and the socket prevent leakage or break by being able to rotate 360 degrees, by preventing a twisted state of a wiring cord caused by rotation of an electricity-using equipment, or on the contrary, by preventing a twisted state of a wiring cord in taking out electric energy from a power source of a rotating power generation device, in securing electric energy for the electricity-using equipment with the use of an electric cord with the plug from the power source of a fixed socket or the plug.
