PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device capable of efficiently aligning various kinds of parts in a short time, and a parts feeding device provided with the transfer device to feed the various kinds of parts to prescribed positions. SOLUTION: This transfer device 2 is provided with a tray provided with a plurality of recessed parts formed in prescribed arrangement, a tray moving means 30 for moving or reciprocating the tray in a horizontal axial direction, a tray rotation means 40 for rotating the tray with a shaft parallel to the one axial direction as a center, and a control means 5 for controlling the tray moving means 30 and the tray rotation means 40. The control means 5 performs controls to incline the tray at a plurality of different angles by the tray rotation means 40, and at the same time reciprocate the tray by the tray moving means 30, when performing a transfer operation to transfer and align the plurality of parts mounted on the tray in the plurality of recessed parts.
