PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material excellent in adhesiveness between a wood base plate and a picture pattern layer by suppressing bleed out of an ultraviolet absorbing agent while having weatherability in the decorative material formed by laminating a decorative sheet made of a transparent olefin based resin on the wood base plate. SOLUTION: In the decorative material, the picture pattern layer, a transparent polyolefin based resin substrate, and a transparent polyolefin based resin layer are provided on the wood base plate in this order. In the decorative material, the transparent polyolefin based resin substrate is made of a non-stretched polyolefin based resin where the ultraviolet absorbing agent is not added, and is obtained by adding the ultraviolet absorbing agent to the transparent polyolefin based resin layer.
