PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a device held by a user as an authentication device in login authentication from a user utilization terminal to a service provision server. SOLUTION: The service provision server 21 accepts a request of meta data registration from a utilization terminal 10, and establishes a session between the service provision server 21 and the authentication device 31. The authentication device 31 transmits the meta data including a public key certificate of itself to the service provision server 21. The service provision server 21 verifies a signature of the public key certificate of the authentication device 31 by a public key certificate of a certificate authority 40, and when it is confirmed that the signature is true and correct, registers the meta data.
