<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately perform determination at multiple frequencies in a short period. <P>SOLUTION: A signal detecting device includes: a means 301 for performing dissolution into a plurality of orthogonal components by each frame including noise and a signal; a means 302 for performing weighting among the plurality of frames, linearly synthesizing the norms of the orthogonal components, and generating first synthetic results; and a means 302 for generating first determination results on whether the first synthetic results are equal to or more than the first threshold; a means 303 for performing weighting among some frames among the plurality of frames, and generating the second synthetic results where the norms of the orthogonal components are linearly synthesized; a means 303 for generating the second determination results on whether the second synthetic results are equal to or more than the second threshold being larger than the first threshold; a means 304 for performing weighting in the first and second determination results, performing synthesis by each orthogonal component, and generating the synthetic results; and a means 304 for comparing the synthetic results with the third threshold, and determining that the corresponding orthogonal component includes the signal when the synthetic results are larger than the third threshold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
