<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus of mounting an electronic part easily preventing the electronic part absorbed and held from falling in an unexpected place on a substrate by simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus of mounting electronic part 1 includes: a mounting head 10 which adsorbs an electronic part 90 and mounts it to a substrate 70; and an image processing part 40 which inspects the posture of the absorbed electronic part 90 absorbed by the mounting head 10. In the apparatus 1, the electronic part 90 which is determined that the posture is good by the inspection of the image processing part 40, is mounted to the substrate 70. The apparatus 1 also includes an excitation device which applies vibration oscillation to the mounting head 10. After vibrating the mounting head 10 absorbing the electronic part 90 by the excitation device, the inspection of the posture of the absorbed electronic part 90 is performed by the image processing part 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
