PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a rubber hose which forms the outside unvulcanized rubber by the cross head method while forming a small diameter part on the end of the rubber hose. SOLUTION: On the circumference of a mandrel 12, an inner unvulcanized rubber 15 and the reinforcing cord layers 4a, 4b, 4c and 4d are formed, and small diameter parts 6 are formed on both the end parts. The mandrel 12 is passed through the cross head 8 to extrude an unvulcanized rubber tube 9. The inner diameter of the rubber bag 14 is reduced to press/attach the unvulcanized rubber tube 9 to the small diameter part 6 of the front end side. While the mandrel 12 is moved, the unvulcanized rubber tube 9 is extruded to form the outer unvulcanized rubber. By reducing the diameter of the rubber bag 14, the unvulcanized rubber tube 9 is pressed/attached to the small diameter part 6 of the back end part. The inner unvulcanized rubber 15 and the outer unvulcanized rubber 16 are subjected to vulcanization molding. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
