PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic oil cleaning apparatus which is capable of simplifying oil cleaning works, and is small in running costs. SOLUTION: The electrostatic oil cleaning apparatus comprises a housing 1 having an introductory opening 121 and a discharging opening 122 of an oil containing abrasion sludge 122, at least a pair of electrodes 212 (21), 222 (22) disposed separately with a predetermined distance in a housing 1, and a direct current voltage applying means 3 for attracting the abrasion sludge from one of a pair of the electrodes 212 (21), 222 (22) to the other by applying a direct current voltage between a pair of the electrodes 212 (21), 222 (22). The apparatus further comprises a separating means 4A (4B) for separating an accumulated abrasion sludge agglutinated onto at least the other of the electrodes 212 (21), 222 (22) by attraction, and a housing room 5 provided in housing 1 for housing the accumulated abrasion sludge.
