PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate of polyolefinic resin and a metal made material using modified polyolefinic resin as a middle layer having superior adhesiveness with respect to a hard-to-adhere substrate. SOLUTION: In the laminate, a molded product comprising polyolefinic resin and a molded product comprising a metal material is strongly bonded by the a modified polyolefinic resin composition, being a resin composition formed by carrying out graft reaction of the polyolefinic resin with an epoxy group containing vinyl monomer, an aromatic vinyl monomer, and a (meth)acrylic ester monomer.
