<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an operating device that can be operated without using hands, and can be used in any use environment while improving durability and a user's wear feeling; an information processing device; an operating method; and an information processing system. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is the operating device 3 that outputs an operating signal to make an external information processing device 2 perform predetermined processing. The operating device 3 includes a change detection part 33 disposed while coming into contact with a user's head 4 for detecting change in the movement of a muscle of the head 4, a tilt detection part 34 disposed around the user's head 4 for detecting the tilt of the head 4, and an output part 39 for outputting the operating signal to the information processing device 2 according to the result of the detection by the change detection part 33 and the tilt detection part 34. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
