<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable bag and a portable bag package which are pocket-sized and minimally capable of coping with various kinds of emergencies. <P>SOLUTION: An emergency bag 111 has a sealed part 141 which is formed by folding a cylindrical flexible sheet-like member by the predetermined times, with one end of its opening part being heat-welded. By deploying this, as shown in the Figure, a container is formed with its sealed part 141 being located in a center of its bottom part, and water 161 can be stored therein. Furthermore, the emergency bag 111 can be used for tools in an emergency, such as an etiquette bag, a float, and a bag ensuring breathing inside smoke. Moreover, the bag can be stored in a package in a folded condition similar to that for a pocket tissue and is applicable for commercial purposes to be distributed, free of charge, on streets. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
