PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure floatation separation apparatus where bubbles are sufficiently stuck to sludge in the water to be treated, and floatation separation treatment can be efficiently carried out. SOLUTION: Flocculation-treated water flows into a mixing chamber 20 through an outflow port 16, and flows along the center in the width direction of the bottom face 3b of a tank body. The flocculation-treated water and pressurized water from a nozzle 23 ascend along a partition wall 2 while being mixed together. The ascending flow is guided to the inclined top part 2b of the partition wall, changes its flowing direction to the side of a partition wall 1, and descends along the partition wall 1 when it reaches the vicinity of the partition wall 1. The flow going from the upper end of the partition wall 2 to the partition wall 1 is made into the one branched from the vicinity of the center in the width direction in the vicinity of the partition wall 2 to both the sides in the width direction of the partition wall 1.
