PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply fuel gas (LNG) to a consumer or the like even during periodical inspections of an LNG satellite facility. SOLUTION: In the LNG satellite facility 10, an LNG storage tank 13 receives LNG from a tanker 11, and the LNG stored in the LNG storage tank is taken out as the fuel gas and supplied to a fuel gas supply destination installation. At least a control valve arranged in a first delivery line 15 connecting the LNG storage tank and carburetors 16, 17 gasifying the LNG, a control valve provided in a vent line 18 connected to the LNG storage tank, and a control valve provided in a second delivery line 22 as an output line for the carburetors are respectively formed into a double structure.
